Group Fitness Classes at USF-based Gyms

Group fitness classes are held in the Campus Recreation Center, located on campus. Classes are offered throughout the week on a rotating basis. Participants can register online or at a kiosk in the lobby. Participants who are interested in taking a class need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be charged a $25 no-show fee, and their student account will be held for one hour.

USF's Campus Recreation offers a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates and total body strength. These classes are offered free of charge by nationally certified instructors who can teach people of all fitness levels. For more information about the classes, sign up online.

Group fitness classes will help you reach your fitness goals in an enjoyable and supportive setting. They can also encourage you to learn new techniques and push you to be more active. Some even offer free trials. It is easy to get motivated to exercise if your peers are doing it.

WELL Fitness Center measures 12,000 sq. ft. and is home to Technogym(r), a cardio machine that includes stationary bikes and treadmills.
